The Versa 16 Pizza Oven features a 16” Cordierite cooking stone that rotates 360°, ensuring even cooking and hands-free pizza making. Its patented dual burner system, with a U-shaped convection burner and an infrared burner under the stone, provides balanced heat for consistently cooked pizzas. The oven heats up to 950°F ambient and 750°F stone temperature in just 12 minutes, cooking pizzas up to 16” in 5 minutes or less. Fueled by propane, it is compatible with both 20lb LP gas tanks and 1lb canisters, with a natural gas conversion kit available separately. The hinged access lid offers easy maintenance and quick adjustments, while the motor is powered by either an AC adapter or 2 D batteries. Assembly required.
