These wedges feature a front opening, making it easy to slide pizzas, flatbreads, and other baked goods in and out while monitoring their progress. With these wedges in place, the EGG maintains a consistent temperature range from 400°F to 700°F, perfect for even cooking and retaining heat for hours. Made from rust-resistant cast aluminum, the wedges are easy to handle and store. Ideal for pizzas up to 14 inches.
