No Returns on Non-Defective Products

Manufacturer Defects
If your accessory or part has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the manufacturer. Manufacturer defects are typically covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and any issues must be addressed directly with them.

Conditions for Manufacturer Defects

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The defect must be a result of the manufacturer’s error, and not due to misuse, wear and tear, or customer handling.

How to File a Claim
To initiate a claim for a manufacturer defect:

  2. Provide clear photos of the product showing the defect.
  3. We will assist you in submitting your claim to the manufacturer for resolution.

Consumer Protection Rights
Under the Consumer Protection Act and Sale of Goods Act, if your accessory or part is found to be defective or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Note: This policy does not apply to trailers, coaches, or vehicles. Returns or claims for these products should be addressed directly through the manufacturer or per the terms of the product’s warranty.
