The Big Green Egg Carbon Steel Wok is perfect for stir-frying meats, seafood, and vegetables on your EGG. Designed to work with the EGGspander, its heavy-duty 18-gauge carbon steel ensures even and quick heat distribution. The wok features sloping sides, making tossing food easier, and dual handles for a firm grip. It includes a 17-inch bamboo spatula for easy turning. The flat-bottom design is suitable for use on electric, gas, or induction cooktops in addition to the EGG. To care for the wok, season it and clean with hot water, avoiding soap. Suitable for the 2XL, XL, and Large EGGs.
